 The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing strategies to effectively execute, support and grow all Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium and The Star marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager. 
 
Job Duties: 
  • Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns for programs and events related to the Dallas Cowboys, The Star and AT&T Stadium, including but not limited to, event research, production of radio and television scripts, etc.
  • Manage the execution of marketing plans and media trafficking
  • Track and report sales and summaries of all sales and marketing initiatives
  • Manage email and SMS calendars and sends for multiple departments across the organization, including sourcing content and building email/SMS creative and appropriate lists
  • Develop and implement strategy for digital and database marketing to use across all platforms, including reengagement and SMS campaigns
  • Manage influencer database/platform
  • Coordinate content updates for the website and apps, including but not limited to, Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium, The Star, The Star District, Twelve Cowboys Way and Formation
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Marketing Manager
  • To continuously improve at this position
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Email, database and social media marketing experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
  • Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
