Formation is a premium and professional collaborative work space concept developed by the Dallas Cowboys, with its flagship location at The Star in Frisco. Formation strives to position our members and their business endeavors for success The Cowboys Way, by delivering a dynamic work space and environment. This role oversees one (1) part-time direct report and one (1) intern.
Role Objectives: 
  • Primary accountability for membership experience, retention, and upsells
  • Primary accountability for management of day-to-day business operations
  • Primary accountability for driving overall business profitability
  • Primary accountability for development and delivery of content and events
  • Primary accountability for management of a membership associate (part or full time) and intern
  • Active participant in business planning, sales and marketing strategy, and integration with sales staff
Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Experience:  Ensure a premium member experience that meets all stated membership deliverables, exceeds industry standards, and positively reflects the association with the Dallas Cowboys and Jones family. Engage with members to build a sense of connectivity with one another and the Dallas Cowboys organization.
  • Retention: Meet and maintain target retention goals, seek continual member feedback and implement appropriate improvements, renew and upsell existing members around all product offerings.
  •  Operations: Maintain high standards of facility and operational excellence by establishing and sustaining operating procedures, membership rules and regulations, and maximizing management software resources. High levels of collaboration required with facilities, property management, technology, product and services providers, and other business partners.
  •  Profitability: Grow revenues through retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities while managing expenses. Meet defined budget targets, identify and ideate new revenue streams as business matures.
  •  Administration: Maintain professional presence and standard front of house business hours, with expectation of evenings and weekends as special events require. Uphold budgets, process membership agreements, facilitate invoicing and collections, management of mail, and all required business reporting. Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, coaching, and evaluating a part-time membership associate and intern.
  •  Hospitality: Create an environment/experience that is consistent with the high standards of the Dallas Cowboys brand, infect environment with a sense of optimism and warmth, serve members and all other stakeholders exceedingly well, act as primary point of contact for VIPs and other special guests, and host facility tours.
  •  Programming: Create, develop, coordinate, promote and execute unique content and event programming. Leverage Dallas Cowboys resources to create experiential value for members. Seek opportunities to capture, curate, and communicate content through a variety of marketing channels.
  •  Marketing: Work collaboratively with Dallas Cowboys brand and marketing team to build and keep current a website, sales and other needed marketing collateral materials to ensure a professionally presented environment and operation with strong ties to the Dallas Cowboys organization.
