Seeking experienced Ecom Site Merchandiser with a proven track record of strategically driving an ecommerce business through insightful analysis and data driven decision making. This role will become the Subject Matter Expert for the B2B ecommerce strategy.
  • Assist in creation, planning, and launch of new B2B websites.
  • Daily analysis of website performance, including product and category performance. Professionally communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use thorough data analysis to build merchandising strategies, site changes, event plans based on company goals, marketing plans, and financial plans.
  • Identify opportunities across site for increased revenue and conversion.
  • Make digital marketing and content recommendations based on performance.
  • Assist in developing ecommerce processes and initiatives that can improve speed to site and conversion.
  • Work closely with other team members to plan and implement various promotions through digital marketing channels and site exclusive promotions.
  • Identify trends through industry and competitor analysis.
  • Drive improvements for site key metrics including conversion rate, average order value, etc.
  • Degree in Merchandising or Marketing preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of related work experience in an Ecommerce environment (merchandising, web analytics, ecom operations, web content, UX). 
  • Self-starter/should be able to work with minimum supervision
  • Minimum 1-year experience in online retail, merchandising and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven track record of defining, analyzing and executing key strategies.
  • Communicate effectively across all areas of the organization.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point, or similar programs/applications.
  • High level of proficiency for using the internet and technology. 
  • Experience with Demandware is a plus.
