SUMMARY
The Dallas Cowboys Football Club is seeking a motivated individual to provide techno-functional support for business’s Dynamics AX needs. This position offers ongoing opportunities for professional growth and certifications, while increasing knowledge of the various technologies deployed within a renowned, highly-visible organization.  Positive attitude is essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that leverage native AX functionality
  • Provide AX support for supply chain and retail business units
  • Troubleshoot any application side issues; document findings, solutions, fix, and collaborate with technical administrators to implement solution/fix
  • Aid in leading the analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support activities for Microsoft Dynamics AX and integrating platforms
  • Prepare and distribute documentation related to AX systems and processes
  • System performance management and SQL Database performance optimization support
  • Stay informed of new features and enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics AX and integrated platforms
  • Provide end user training to internal IT staff and/or business users
  • Maintain a high-level of communication with business users to manage expectations, timelines, and execution
  • Collect and prioritize AX requests from all levels of business users

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must meet the following minimum requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX configuration, implementation, support, and administration in a production environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with SQL Server databases
  • High level of proficiency in Inventory Management, Sales and Marketing, Production, Master Planning, Retail, and Procurement modules
  • Experience with Omni Channel solutions for eCommerce, Call Center, and Retail business
  • Proficient in X++ analysis
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Available to work standard office hours (M-F, 8-5)
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, extended hours as needed

PREFERRED:
  • Formal training and/or certifications with Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Project participation in an AX upgrade project from AX 2012 to D365
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce, EDI, and web service integrations
