We are searching for a talented Demand Planner that will develop processes and manage forecasted sales, margin goals, and inventory flow that supports our Client’s uniform programs, branded merchandise programs, e-commerce sites, brick and mortar stores, and pop-up events. This position reports directly to our Director of Operations and will work closely with our Brand Managers, Buyers and Client Partners to ensure product assortments are aligned with financial and inventory goals.

  • Develop and implement collaborative planning, forecast and replenishment processes to drive forecast accuracy, financial and inventory goal alignment for our clients uniform and branded merchandise programs.
  • Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems.
  • Analyze data from multiple data sources to understand the root cause of a problem. Demand planner will drive corrective action and escalate concerns to our internal departments such as Accounting, IT, Inventory Control, Buyers, Business Managers and Leadership Team.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly calls with customer to review product performance, inventory levels, and future demand/supply.
  • Identify risk and opportunities by SKU through historical data as necessary to drive sales, recognize slow sellers and recommend profitable strategies to exit product in timely manner.
  • Identify product to create promotional strategies with buyer and marketing teammates. 
  • Provide ad hoc reports to support customer’s needs and requests
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in demand planning.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience with inventory control, allocation, merchandising, demand forecasting, financial planning, and analysis for uniform programs and branded merchandise programs sold on e-commerce sites, brick and mortar stores and pop-up events. 
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft AX, Google Analytics and Tableau experience preferred.
