The Dallas Cowboys are looking for Coordinator, Digital Marketing who’ll bring along a passionate and collaborative spirit. This role will have an emphasis on planning and executing paid social and digital media buys while working cross-functionally within the organization. The role necessitates a strong background in social and digital marketing as well as an inquisitive approach to keep up with the ever-evolving digital media landscape. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this position with have a hand in execution for Brand & Marketing Department initiatives across the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, AT&T Stadium, The Star in Frisco and related Jones Family Businesses.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead paid social and digital media planning and buying for Brand & Marketing in collaboration with cross-functionals throughout the organization. Platforms and mediums to include all social networks, SEO/SEM, and more.
  • Oversee trafficking and campaign management, ensuring ads are trafficked appropriately and quality assurance measures are in place and followed.
  • Budget management for paid social and digital initiatives.
  • Lead the compilation and sharing of campaign results with applicable teams.
  • In partnership with the Marketing Analyst, support the creation of test and learn roadmaps, ongoing data analysis, and delivery of results and insights for our Partners and internal teams.
  • Work to synchronize paid plans with relevant organic social content.
  • Develop and manage social media influencer campaigns and tools.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to ensure sponsor needs on social are executed at the highest level.
  • Collaborate on editorial planning and calendaring with media and content teams.
  • Continually evaluate opportunities to leverage changes in social platforms and supporting tools.

The One we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in the social and digital media landscape, preferably with a brand or agency.
  • Experience and expertise in developing, budgeting and programming paid social media, digital, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • A passion for service, learning and growth.
  • A love for being a part of a team where collaboration is the norm. 
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism while managing multiple projects on tight timelines.
  • Storytelling and copy-editing experience a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends and holidays.
