An Account Manager manages the customer service interaction between 81Eighty and our clients. This person is sales revenue driven while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and trust. This position is constantly seeking and executing new opportunities. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Point-of-contact between client and 81Eighty team, delivering a high-level of customer service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Seek and identify opportunities through developing new and building on existing relationships with assigned clients.
  • Provide direction and lead collaborative strategy with sourcing specialist and production coordinator on product offerings and client requests.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of projects from initial request to delivery of products with 81Eighty team.
  • Achieve annual or project-based revenue goals while hitting profit margins.
 
Qualifications:
  •  5+ years of experience in branded merchandise or ASI sales
  • Self-starting, driven individual who thrives in client-facing sales positions
  • Positive team player with a can-do attitude 
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communicator
  • Travel as required to meet customers and attend tradeshows set forth by management
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends and holidays as necessary)
  • Preferred knowledge in Salesforce
