The Pick Mod Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Pick Mod Manager in overseeing day to day functions of the pick module. They are responsible for troubleshooting discrepancies that may occur while ensuring customer orders are completed in a timely manner. The Pick Mod Coordinator reports to the Pick Mod Manager.
Job Duties:
  •  Process customer orders (internet/ecomm, JV and Wholesale customers).
  • Oversee training efficiently while ensuring safety in each employee.
  • Report/document quality checks on orders being picked.
  • Escalate bottleneck issues in the operation for immediate resolution.
  • Inspect the Quality Audit reporting structure and assist with action plans processes.
  • Investigate/correct any incorrect put-away product (incorrect items/incorrect locations).
  • Assist with onboarding new hires of seasonal/part time employees.
  • Drive a performance-based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data.
  • Troubleshoot problem orders and correct, retraining as necessary.
  • Controls security picking area.
  • Drive/participate in continuous improvement to ensure standards of excellence.
  • Communication role with management regarding customer picks.
  • Proper prioritization of orders based on level of shipping grade.
  • Responsible for daily cleanliness of the general warehouse specified areas.
  • Liaison between compliance, replenishment, packing, shipping and customer service areas (understanding the entire process).
  • Manage seasonal staff, daily responsibilities and maintain weekly hours.
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Pick Mod Manager.
  •  College degree or experience preferred.
  • Previous administrative and warehouse experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.
  • Able to work Monday - Friday 3:00pm – 11:30pm with flexibility for irregular hours and occasional overtime.
