Human Resources: Human Resources Management
Purpose:
To plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of the Cincinnati Bengals organization. This individual will oversee various HR facets including payroll, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee training and development.  This critical role serves as a link between the organization's management and its employees.  This position will work closely with senior executives to help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.  
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • HR Certification (preferred) 
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Good understanding of Employment Law & HR Best Practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
  • Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Administration of employee benefits (insurance, 401k Retirement, Flex Spending Plan)
  • Process payroll and perform miscellaneous financial functions
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Lead company Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives 
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Liaise between departments or other groups to improve functions/communication
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
  • Maintain detailed personnel records and follow proper documentation protocols
  • Analyze data to inform on operational activities and personnel decisions
  • Provide consultation and advice to others: advise others on career or personal development, legal or regulatory compliance matters, and recommend organizational process or policy changes
  •  Continued professional development through ongoing HR training and education 
  • Plan and execute employee outings and social activities
