The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking an energetic, creative and organized individual to be our Game and Event Entertainment Coordinator. Someone with a vision for fan experience, an understanding of sponsorship/marketing and event experience to elevate the Cincinnati Bengals’ gameday. The ideal candidate would be an expert at organization, planning, multitasking and communication.

The Game and Event Entertainment Coordinator would have multiple responsibilities including developing and managing programming calendars, game content scripting, directing gameday presentation and production meetings, managing partnership LED signage for in-stadium display (JungleVision), and coordinating all communication between Bengals Partnerships and JungleVision. On gamedays, they will lead all in-stadium rehearsals and programming, including live entertainment, video, and theatrical elements (lighting, projection, etc.). They will work closely with Bengals Partnerships in the production and execution of game-related programming to maximize event presentation and our partners’ goals.  The Game and Event Entertainment Coordinator may also assist on the production and presentation of team events such as partner functions, subscriber forums and charity events.

  • Reports to the Manager of Gameday Entertainment and Live Production
  • Field and presentation coordinator for all Bengals games and external events (including fan clubs, mascot and cheerleaders)
  • Writes rundowns and game scripts for all Bengals games
  • Keeps detailed game inventory spreadsheets
  • Supervises the hiring and management of all gameday production staff
  • Provides training and instruction to assure execution of department’s goals
  • Schedules and leads all aspects of execution for partnership elements in-game
  • Oversee Jungle Zone, Training Camp fan experiences, and other fan engagement events
  • Oversees a gameday entertainment crew responsible for managing on-field presentations, fan recognitions, partnership executions, and Anthem performances
  • Schedules anthem performances, flyovers, military recognitions, and celebrity appearances
  • Schedules and directs all game/event-related production meetings
  • Oversees mascot and cheerleader appearances
  • Coordinates all communication between the field presentation crew and JungleVision control room
  • Coordinates all internal requests for in-game programming
  • Leads lighting, audio, entertainment programming for rehearsals in-stadium
  • Oversees partnership activations on gamedays
  • Coordinates in-stadium partnership sales including inventory analysis and generating assets for new partners
  • Coordinates media day shoots with the Director of Content
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 3+ years of experience in live event production and management
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment, while managing sensitive projects
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Docs
  • Must possess exceptional computer skills and an ability to generate decks and presentations
  • Vast entertainment industry contacts
  • Current or recent experience in professional or collegiate sports
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and people skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business goals alongside gameday entertainment goals
  • Analysis and reporting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to evaluate and influence plans and solutions
