Summary:
The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a Director of Content who will oversee content strategy and production across television, digital, social media and in-stadium platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production and live event management. Duties and Responsibilities: 
  •  Oversee a team of full-time and freelance content producers to create compelling video, audio and written content across Bengals.com, the Bengals App, social media, the team’s weekly television show and in-stadium.
  • Create a content calendar and specific content executions built around tent pole events, including the NFL Combine, NFL Draft and training camp.
  • Use analytics to help drive content strategy.
  • Manage brand identity across platforms to maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Help oversee generation of creative assets and programming for video boards to support in-game presentation and enhance the fan experience.
  • Work closely with sales team to create unique opportunities for corporate partners to drive revenue across all platforms.
  • Work with external stakeholders in support of strategic content initiatives including media partner co-productions and branded content activations.
  • Manage technical operations of in-stadium video board presentation and equipment.
  • Recruit, hire, train and manage seasonal and gameday staff.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in content production, ideally in sports media
  • Strong leader and communicator with a vision who can motivate and inspire a team
  • Demonstrated experience creating written, audio and video content for a variety of media platforms
  • Technical experience using video equipment and editing software
  • Creative mindset with knowledge of social media and content development
  • Knowledge of live production, including camera blocking, video and music direction
  • Fluent understanding of consumer music (APM, ASCAP, SESAC, BMI)
