Centerplate at Sun Life Stadium is seeking Retail Supervisors to work in the concessions stands.

  • The Retail Supervisor is expected to setup, monitor product levels and break-down merchandise locations.

  • Ensures that the company tools and guidelines are used and followed
  • Maintain a quality work environment
  • Prioritize and delegate work assignments
  • Evaluate performance by providing timely feedback
  • Ensure that all associates understand expectations and execute to Centerplate standards
  • Ensure that the assigned location and their fixtures, are properly maintained, and pose no safety hazards
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership and support to the Sales Associates in order to ensure that all aspects of guest service are being provided
  • Manage loss prevention techniques in order to reduce shrinkage
  • Maintain retail locations visually appealing and organized

  • 3 plus years of customer service
  • 2 plus years of merchandise store experience
  • 2 plus years of cashier experience
  • Strong visual merchandising background
  • Excellent communication, and sales skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic Math skills

  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced and energetic environment.
  • Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
