Centerplate at Hard Rock Stadium is seeking Retail Associates to work in the retail locations and team stores.

  • The Retail Associate is expected to assist all guests in product purchasing with a high level of customer service. This position is part-time, seasonal for all Miami Dolphin's home games and major events at Hard Rock Stadium.

  • Assist guests with purchases
  • Great customer service
  • Cash handling procedures
  • Maintaining retail locations visually appealing and organized
  • Restocking the sales floor
  • Shutting down and performing the store closing duties
  • Opening up and performing the store opening duties

  • 3 plus years of customer service
  • 2 plus years of merchandise associate experience
  • 2 plus years of cashier experience
  • Excellent communication, and sales skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic Math skills

  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced and energetic environment.
  • Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
