Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Director of Consumer Insights, the Manager of Consumer Insights will assist in leadership of the department. Oversight includes all activity in Salesforce CRM as well as the maintenance of all other business technologies utilized by the organization. This position includes but is not limited to, providing direction to junior analysts, managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders, developing and implementing essential reports for senior leadership, training all personnel on the CRM platform, and leading department internship program.  Other duties as assigned.
 
Primary Job Duties:
  • Oversee KORE Sponsorship and Suites & Premium modules with a focus of maximizing platform utility, improving lead acquisition, content valuation, and partner retention.
  • Be the key conduit between Consumer Insights, Finance, Business Development, and Guest Services teams to ensure effective utilization and adoption of Salesforce CRM.
  • Drive continuous improvement through measurement and monitoring of KPIs, maintaining a clear optimization plan, documenting best practices, and tracking marketing trends. i.e., inventory management, sales goals, and rate card evaluation.
  • Create user training materials and lead CRM on-boarding across all business verticals.
  • Develop clear and actionable research for business development teams that provide data-based figures to support message of Cardinals brand perception to external stakeholders.
  • Establish a roadmap and implement enhancements to the CRM system as required 
  • Stay up to date on all KORE product releases, system updates and best practices to provide new customizations and integrations    
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leadership to analyze, improve, and automate current business process wherever possible  
  • Build models to aid in projections of various areas including ticket sales, ticket utilization by game and season ticket member retention
  • Design external surveys and research to quantify sentiment amongst populations and communicate actionable findings to leadership  
  • Manage department internship program
  • Assist with Consumer Insights special projects as needed.
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Proficiency in the following areas is strongly preferred: 
    • Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Access 
    • KORE Software Suite including Ticketing, Sponsorship, Suites & Premium, and Data Warehousing  
    • Salesforce CRM and CPQ 
    • Seat Geek SRO 
    • DocuSign Contract Management 
    • Qualtrics Surveying 
    • Tableau, Power BI, DOMO or other data visualization tool 
    • R, Python, SQL, or other programming languages 
    • SponsorUnited, Winmo or other Sponsorship sales lead platforms 
    • Nielsen research suite including Scarborough, Social 24, Sports24 
    • Oracle Eloqua 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Collaborative personality, ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Ability to plan strategically.
  • Knowledge and interest in NFL football.
 
Education: Master’s Degree with a concentration related to analytics, marketing, economics, or other business-related discipline. 
 
Experience:
2-4 years of experience working with KORE Software; including Ticketing, Sponsorship, Suites & Premium, and Data Warehousing modules and Salesforce CRM/CPQ is required.
 
Position Information:
This position is part of the Consumer Insights Team, Marketing Department. Experience with KORE software suite is required. A proactive problem solver with a natural curiosity and desire to answer business questions through data is a must.
