Facility Operations/Event Staff: Facility/Venue Management
Reports To: Director, Stadium Operations (Glendale, Arizona)

Overall Responsibility:
To ensure the best National Football League game day experience takes place at State Farm Stadium. Must support all internal Arizona Cardinals departmental relationships and external relationships - AZSTA, City of Glendale, ASM Global, Craft Culinary Concepts, Insignia Event Services - in a manner to achieve all related organizational objectives. 
 
Key Tasks & Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure the success of all Arizona Cardinals and NFL events at State Farm Stadium, including but not limited to all home games, training camp activities, and annual Draft Party.
  • Communicate Team’s written stadium policies and procedures both internally and externally through the production of print, electronic and signage collateral.
  • Disseminate all feedback from such sources as the Secret Shop program and season ticket members to service partners and facilitate quick response to action items identified.
  • Serve as the direct contact for all team vendors for preventative and regular maintenance and installation projects for both State Farm Stadium and Sportsman’s Park.
  • Coordinate and communicate information and logistics to all necessary stadium stakeholders regarding security access, event logistics, Cardinals press releases, and more. 
  • Conduct stadium audits and submit necessary work orders to maintain both the operations and appearance of the stadium spaces. 
  •  Support large events and games held at State Farm Stadium in a dynamic role and in coordination with all stadium partners.
  • Serve as the NFL visiting team operations liaison to include collecting team information, security escorts, TSA, walk throughs, and credentials.
  • Represent the Arizona Cardinals and State Farm Stadium in a professional, and ethical manner.  
  • Other duties to be assigned. 
 
Experience / Expectations:
  • Maintain sound decision-making and a positive attitude in stressful situations and in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and nights
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2-years of stadium operations experience with a major sports and events venue
  • Major Event and Operations experience preferred
  •  Bilingual a plus

Physical Demands and Environmental Working Conditions:
Could be walking and/or standing for extended periods of time during football games and events. 
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
