STADIUM PROJECT MANAGER (Construction)

JOB DESCRIPTION
 The Stadium Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the capital improvements of AT&T Stadium and assisting with third party event load-in/out logistics.  The Stadium Project Manager reports to the Director of Building Engineering.
 
Job Duties: 
  • Manage all activities for capital improvements to the Stadium, including but not limited to, preparing scope of work, project estimates, budgets, project documentation, RFI development, submittal review, subcontractor management, work plan schedules and milestones, procurement of materials, quality control, identify risks, and pay application processing 
  • Experience managing programs or projects worth up to $15 million
  • Ensure that project safety and environmental standards are being adhered to
  • Prepares and implements communication plan and coordinates with all necessary groups and events that are impacted by capital improvements
  • Prepare and execute project schedules and coordinate them against the Stadium event calendar
  • Act as a point of contact. Support and oversee projects to ensure timely execution of all estimating and renovation activities
  • Support all efforts needed to efficiently prepare and execute third party event load-in/out logistics
  • Assist in preparing plans for major prospective events in conjunction with the Event Ops group
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Director of Building Engineering
 
Qualifications:
  •  Degree in Construction or Project Management or a related area of study required
  • 1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry required 
  • Completion of OSHA 10 Hour
  • Understands construction/project management methodology and construction techniques.
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents. Requires analytical and qualitative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
