Retail/Licensing: Warehouse Operations
The Location Coordinator is primarily responsible for the overall movement of all Cowboys/Eighty-One Eighty/FANS/Blue Star Graphics product to maximize capacity spacing of Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, Ltd.  The Location Specialist reports to the Inbound Manager.
Job Duties:
  • Analyzes inventory levels and compares them to physical location inventory.
  • Communication with buying team on maximizing company location space/inventory levels.
  • Manage inventory locations, consolidation of product/replenishment. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in stocking standards/location maximization.
  • Manages aged items with communication to the buying/sales team.
  • Monitors replenishment, systematically processed daily to restock inventory locations.
  • Excellent communication with reports and status updates to reach weekly goals.
  • Manage efficiency of locations of fast moving items vs. slow moving items and travel time.
  • Drive a performance based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data.
  • Coach and educate employees on operational policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills – develop direct reports.
  • Communication role with management regarding damaged goods and system processes.
  • Detailed understanding of system processes (rules, management, etc.).
  • Manage seasonal staff, daily responsibilities and maintain weekly hours.
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Inbound Manager.

  • College degree or experience preferred.
  • Previous administrative and warehouse experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.
  • Able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility for irregular hours and occasional overtime.
