The Manager, Corporate Partnership Marketing is responsible for the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of all aspects surrounding detailed sponsorship agreements inclusive of identifying and strategically delivering on partner goals and objectives. The Manager, Corporate Partnership Marketing acts as the liaison between multiple Sponsors and/or their agencies and internal departments of the Dallas Cowboys organization. The Manager, Corporate Partnership Marketing reports to a Sr. Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing.
Job Duties:
Act as the primary liaison of founding level and key Sponsors for the Dallas Cowboys organization, responsible for the facilitation and execution of sponsorship agreements as well as serving as an objective-minded marketer

Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure a full understanding of client marketing objectives and strategic priorities

Coordinate with internal departments to properly execute contractual marketing assets received by Sponsors

Manage all aspects of marketing asset execution, including but not limited to marketing rights, stadium signage exposure, game day and in-market activation, television/radio/internet/print media, hospitality, and special events

Maintain detailed planning records, using CRM/KORE system

Track expenses and manage budgets related to the execution of sponsorship agreements

Present detailed reporting on sponsorship execution, including affidavits, photographs, video recaps, and program summaries

Facilitate ongoing client engagement thru meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence

Coordinate special events for client accounts, managing from planning to execution of these events

Maintain thorough and consistent communication with the Managing Sr. Manager of Corporate Partnership Marketing regarding Sponsor account activity

Actively participate in client presentations, meetings and conference calls regarding sponsorship goals, objectives, and delivered value, while identifying renewal and upsell opportunities

Represent the Dallas Cowboys at Corporate Partner events and functions as determined by the business and in support of Corporate Partnership Marketing Team

Other duties and projects as assigned by the Managing Sr. Manager and Sr. Director of Corporate Partnership Marketing

Travel as required (up to 10%)
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related area of study preferred

Minimum of four (4) years of successful experience in sponsorship or brand marketing in professional sports

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally

Experience and success in developing and maintaining relationships with a strategic and consultative approach

Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple clients and projects

Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure

Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary

Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations

Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
