Retail/Licensing: Retail Buyer
The Dallas Cowboys are looking for a Buyer who will lead the planning and merchandising processes for their assigned category groups across retail stores and ecommerce.

 Job Duties:

* Build and manage financial plans to achieve targeted sales, margin, and turn goals
* Forecast and analyze sales to make appropriate decisions to buy, cancel, move up, move out, or mark down purchases
* Develop purchase orders and complete additional analysis using Excel, Microsoft AX and Tableau
* Quickly analyze and understand product sales trends, drill down to identify problems and opportunities, and make adjustments to maximize sales
* Analysis of sales history and creation of store level distribution plans
* Ability to choose and create stories around key product ideas in a seasonally relevant way and to drive traffic
* Ability to guide visual creative teams to create impactful stories that drive traffic and sales volume
* Know the key retail levers, the key store KPI’s, and how to react to increase performance
Required Skills and Experience:
* Highly analytic thinker who can identify and improve complex work processes 
* Understands strengths, weaknesses, and strategy of competition
* Results-driven achiever with excellent planning and organizational skills 
* Excellent Presentation Skills and Presence
* Passionate about the Dallas Cowboys
* Superb influencing skills
* Strong Financial acumen
* Aggressive and risk taker
* Must be very collaborative
* 2+ years as a Merchant, Buyer or Merchandise Planner
* 4 year degree in related field is preferred
* Experience tracking historical sales data and forecasting sales
* Tableau and/or AX experience is a plus
* Proficient in Excel
