The Edmonton Eskimos are looking for a full-time Partner Activation Specialist to work with our Corporate Partnership Team to plan, execute and deliver on sponsor objectives.

You would be instrumental in assisting through the sales development and sponsorship activation process including activation for in game, corporate and community events.

Duties:

Manage the day to day fulfillment of partnership contracts
Track all sponsor contracts and revenue
Coordinate with internal departments on various fulfillment pieces
Assist in hosting activities and special events
Create presentation documents, including year-end partner summaries
Generate weekly reports
Record all inventory and promotional items
Populate Purchase Orders for sponsorship department
Provide partners with specs, directions and deadlines on contracted elements
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs and conferences as required
Other duties as assigned.

You Have:

Experience in Customer Service/Client Management is preferred, but not required
Post-secondary education in marketing or business is preferred, but not required
Experience with CRM program (Salesforce) is a definite asset
Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Prospecting skills and ability to foster strong client relationships
Motivated, self-disciplined, personable and enthusiastic about the sport of football
Proven ability to initiate creative, quality presentations
High level of integrity
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Available and willing to work during all home games and other events as required by the Club. This includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
