As the Area General Manager, you will oversee the day to day operations efforts for Craft Culinary Concepts and its portfolio of accounts within the Arizona Market. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Craft Culinary Concepts you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring a high-level of efficient operations within each account as well as assisting in the development of new business opportunities within our respective markets. 




Job Summary:
The Area General Manager will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities within Craft Culinary Concepts, ensuring client satisfaction and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.   

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction for Craft Culinary Concepts Operations outside of State Farm Stadium. 
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
  • Collaborates with others to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
  • Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the business plan and vision.
  • Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
  • Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
  • Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in food and beverage operations.
  • Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business partnerships 
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals 
  • Proven financial acumen and understanding of how to structure complex financial proposals 
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in solving strategic and operational business problems. 


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management and three years of relevant strategic business development work experience 


Physical Requirements: 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Position requires flexibility to travel up to 50%, including overnight
