Ticket Sales and Services: Ticket Sales

The Ticketing Specialist position covers all aspects of ticket operations, including but not limited to invoicing and collections, ticket and order fulfillment, sales and service campaign support, customer service and correspondence, 49ers and Levi’s Stadium Event Builds, and event day ticket operations and services.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manages work through team’s ticketing database, Archtics and Ticketmaster Host, and CRM solution, MS Dynamics, to support necessary ticket sales, service, and operations tasks daily.
  • Sells and processes tickets, parking, seat licenses, and payments on accounts regularly.
  • Creates and sends invoices and reminder notices as required.
  • Generates reports using Excel, Archtics, and MS Dynamics (CRM) regularly.
  • Responds to and tracks customer email and click-to-chat correspondence on a daily basis.
  • Records and processes address changes, cancellations, and approved season ticket transfers as required.
  • Assists season ticket members requiring wheelchair sales and exchanges and potential relocation issues for non-NFL events as required.
  • Provides in-person and telephone customer service on game days.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Abilities and Skills:
  • Ability to use focus on a speaker using verbal and non-verbal clues to understand their message, comprehend the information, and respond thoughtfully.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate information to determine how it should be best interpreted.
  • Ability to create a relationship of trust and loyalty by delivering accessible, efficient, and reliable services and products for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.
  • Communicates orally and in writing in a clear, concise, and impartial manner.
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics, Ticketmaster AccountManager, and Ticketmaster Host a plus.
