Sponsorship Sales & Activation: Consulting/Strategic Planning
49ers Enterprises is the strategic arm of the 49ers, involved in many different endeavors around the club, including but not limited to, consulting with other sports properties, incubating adjacent businesses, and investing in adjacent professional sports franchises and early-stage companies.
The position will be working directly with 49ers management to execute exiting projects and provides flexibility to pitch and own projects from the ground up.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Analyzes complex, high-volume data sets to extract actionable insights on customer demographics and behavior as well project performance
  • Builds and presents high-quality data visualizations, dashboards, presentations, and reports for organization-wide use, including executive management and third parties.
  • Communicates data strategy, limitations, and expectations to cross-department stakeholders.
  • Conducts data modelling needs, including lead generation and churn model with the assistance of management.
  • Develops detailed financial and analytical models to further business performance and deal negotiation
  • Helps maintain organization data infrastructure, including internal & external integration & maintenance.
  • Identifies operational problems and opportunities and develop corresponding strategic action plans.
  • Regularly conducts wide-spread sports and entertainment industry research including, but not limited to, sports teams and venues, business and technology trends, potential client prospects, and current events.
  • Supports lead campaign distribution process across sales and service teams.
  • Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including marketing, to ensure successful execution of lead nurture, retention, and lifecycle programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and at least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience conducting company due diligence, research, and interacting with management teams.
  • Experience writing investment memos and presentations.
