Facility Operations/Event Staff: Parking Operations

The Coordinator, Parking & Operations performs essential parking and transportation support duties for the Stadium Operations department. The Parking Coordinator is charged with completing various tasks deemed necessary to operate Levi’s Stadium during the events.  This position reports to the Manager, Stadium & Event Operations.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assists with oversight of parking and transportation operations
  • Coordinates and schedules vendor equipment 
  • Evaluates vehicular movement and makes decisions affecting efficiency during Levi’s Stadium events
  • Assists with the hiring, scheduling, and management of event-day staff
  • Collects and analyzes detailed parking data during events
  • Management of special event parking and transportation operations
  • Prepare and compose operational plans with local law enforcement, security, and city staff
  • Assist with management of contracted parking lot properties
  • Oversee special events as needed in support of the Special Events Team
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Required Abilities and Skills:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with other team members and contractors.
  • Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling difficult situations.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
 
Education and Experience:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.

The employee will be standing in an indoor/outdoor facility the majority of the time and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

The employee is regularly required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
 
The employee must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
