The San Francisco 49ers are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Platforms Coordinator who will maintain and optimize backend platforms driving LevisStadium.com, 49ers.com and the official 49ers iOS and Android mobile apps. In addition to general platform management of these digital properties, the platforms coordinator will help support key revenue generation opportunities including partner advertising, as well as manage ticket integrations to support single game, season, group, and suite sales along with additional ancillary ticketed events. In this role, you will work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure all platforms are up-to-date, including all team information, partner requirements and ad serving management. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 
  • Manages website maintenance and building of key pages for stakeholders throughout the 49ers organization including team news, events, and stadium information, as well as maintains assets containing presenting sponsors, ticket links, graphics, and key dates on LevisStadium.com, 49ers.com, and 49ers app.
  • Assists with reviewing digital marketing materials and asset optimization, including organizing website content, articles, video modules, as well as push notifications for desktop and mobile app.
  • Ensures systems are technically sound and proactively schedule updates as needed for websites and app.
  • Builds targeting parameters to serve relevant content to the appropriate fans based on demographics such as location and language.
  • Aligns with marketing operations to ensure all lead capture forms and submissions are successful.
  • Works with sponsorship and AdOps teams to traffic and manage ads to be displayed on 49ers.com and 49ers app, including app build outs, full page interstitial ads, video pre-roll, and presenting sponsorships.
  • Gameday roles may include editing site content and highlights
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders as this role will be a liaison with NFL ad operations, NFL club digital and technical support teams frequently.
 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and at least 1-3 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience using content management systems or platforms for mobile app and website.
  • Working knowledge of Deltatre’s Forge CMS is a plus.
