Facility Operations/Event Staff: Security

The Security Systems Operations Coordinator is a key role to 4949 SAP Performance Facility and Levi’s ® Stadium. As part of the Safety and Security Operations department, they will help produce all the items that make personnel movement possible both daily and on event day. The badge/credentials/passes not only ensure fan engagement but also provide a layer of safety and security to the organization itself. Almost all items are printed on site to protect the integrity of the products issued out. This position works with every department in the organization which includes football operations, executives & ownership.  This position also works closely with Stadium Security and is responsible for (but not limited to): the breaks for Post 1, 2 & 3 Officers daily, Mail and Package delivery to the 4949 SAP Performance Facility, Control Operator, assist with all aspects of Safety and Security Operations and Security assistance with 49er Events.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Produces and maintains a badge/credential policy and procedure manual.
  • Oversees day to day operations of the credential center.
  • Assists with the printing and production process (sticker placement/ hole punching) of access badges, game day credentials, season-long credentials, pre-game field passes, and club passes.
  • Helps to distribute the printed product to designated recipients.
  • Keeps track of inventory, maintain office organization.
  • Coordinate access control system, including onboarding of all staff and team personnel
  • Service and maintain all security systems within Levi’s Stadium including but not limited to: CCTV, access control, visitor management, and package tracking.
  • Assist with controlling of stock, which includes but not limited to: security systems gray stock, visitor management materials and badge/credentialing printing materials.
  • Enforce expectations and standards of third-party security contractors
  • Coordinate organization and documentation of security technology training for staff and contractor personnel
  • Assist & collaborate with 24/7 and Event Security department managers & staff functions
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Abilities and Skills:
  • Ability to use focus on a speaker using verbal and non-verbal clues to understand their message, comprehend the information and respond thoughtfully.

  • Ability to create a relationship of trust and loyalty by delivering accessible, efficient, and reliable services and products for internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
  • High school degree or equivalent degree
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience working with Access control and database systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • California Guard Card or ability to obtain one
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms. This position does occasionally require climbing and working from a ladder or 20’ lift. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
