Rate Range: $7.25/hour

Job Summary:

Essential Functions:
We are looking for enthusiastic ushers to provide excellent customer service to our patrons. An usher presents a friendly and personal demeanor to guests at all times and is readily able to assist at all times.  The ideal candidate will have experience with client-facing, in-person customer service.

Responsibilities: 
§  Excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
§  Strong communication and problem solving skills 
§  High attention to detail 
§  Ability to work in a high paced environment
§  Electronic and computer proficiency
§  Ability to maintain a neat, clean & professional appearance  
 
Duties:
§  Acute awareness at all times
§  Direct ticket holders to appropriate areas
§  Diffuse disturbances, conflict or unrest in a calm and effective manner
§  Call for supervisor back-up when guest concerns escalate
§  Resolve re-ticketing or re-seating issues in a discreet and professional manner
§  Address and quickly resolve guest inquiries, ticket questions and errant seat occupancy
 
General Physical Requirements:
§  Ability to lift 25lbs up to 50lbs 
§  Ability to stand for up to 5+ hours during a game 
§  Ability to work long hours, weekends & holidays
§  Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat
§  Ability to maintain the highest standards of food safety, food quality and cleanliness
