STAND MANAGER

Job Title: Stand Manager

Compensation: Hourly rate
Rate Range: $10.00/hour
 
Job Summary:

Essential Functions:
We are looking for enthusiastic stand managers to provide excellent customer service to our patrons.  A stand manager is the primary liaison between warehouse operations and concessions staff and volunteer groups. The ideal candidate will be able to supervise staff, handle and account for cash and control inventory.  
 
Responsibilities: 
§  Excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
§  Strong communication and problem solving skills 
§  High attention to detail 
§  Ability to work in a high paced environment
§  Electronic and computer proficiency
§  Ability to maintain a neat, clean & professional appearance  
 
Duties:
§  Conduct pre and post-game inventory
§  Ensure stand efficiency through proper management of stock and staff members
§  Oversee appropriate inventory and cash levels of stand during games
§  Order additional stock during the game from to keep stands replenished
§  Take measures to eliminate and control spoilage
§  Oversee the end of game clean-up
 
Qualifications:
§  Previous supervisory experience preferred
§  Previous food service experience preferred
§  TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) Required
 
General Physical Requirements:
§  Ability to lift 25lbs up to 50lbs 
§  Ability to stand for up to 5+ hours during a game 
§  Ability to work long hours, weekends & holidays
§  Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat
§  Ability to maintain the highest standards of food safety, food quality and cleanliness
