The Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation is currently accepting applications for the position of Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Services. Reporting to Assistant Athletics Director, Corporate Partnerships, this position is focused on supporting all execution and implementation of Stanford Athletics corporate partnerships.  This is a 24-month Fixed-Term position. As part of the corporate partnerships team, this position will focus on client service and fulfillment of contractual sponsorship agreements.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for fulfilling and tracking all contractual assets and agreements including in-venue signage and promotions, radio, print, game sponsorships, digital/social and on-site advertising.
  • Full ownership of specs and deadline communication.
  • Coordinate corporate hospitality, tickets, parking and other activities.
  • Project manager for Stanford Football Fan Fest – including the set-up and breakdown, coordination of food & beverage vendors, permitting, rentals and entertainment.
  • Oversee Game Day staff
  • Manage specific sponsorship accounts and relationships.
  • Create marketing proposals with customized packages for prospective sponsors.
  • Responsible for collecting, compiling and presenting proof of performance and designing comprehensive recaps.
  • Manage avail's, CRM system (L365) and Pennant
  • Participate and collaborate in cross-department working groups (Pods)

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills; superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a track record of cross-departmental collaboration and working well in groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Photoshop, and Excel.
  • Collaborative, team player with strong leadership and strategy development skills.
  • Understanding of event production and execution.
  • Ability to work extended hours including games and events on evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Communication, Business or other related field.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, sports marketing, or related field.
