Position Description:
The Fiesta Bowl is currently seeking seasonal Distributions and Deliveries Crew Members who will take a vital role in supporting the operations of all events surrounding the 2023-24 Guaranteed Rate Bowl and Vrbo Fiesta Bowl. This position is an at-will temporary non-exempt position with an expected start date of December 18, 2023, and an expected end date on or about January 4, 2024.
Responsibilities:
The duties assigned to the Distributions and Deliveries Crew Member include but are not limited to:

Shipping and Receiving: check-in all deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers; safely store in designated secure areas; notify staff members of deliveries.

Liaison to Sponsors and Vendors: oversee and follow delivery and pick-up schedules; load, unload, and sort product for events; maintain and replenish inventory of product at hotels and/or venues.

Warehouse Organization: prepare, label, and verify product for deliveries; operate forklift; shrink-wrap pallets; follow delivery schedules.

Transportation: assist in overseeing courtesy vehicles and rental vans for bowl teams and guests, pick up vehicles at dealerships; organize, maintain and fuel as needed; pick-up, return and check-in vehicles after events.

Pick-up/Delivery: pick-up/deliver product throughout the valley to venues as requested.

Assist: work closely with staff needs for events and/or other requests surrounding events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Position requires lifting of at least 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Schedule must be flexible to be available 7 days a week, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior warehouse, forklift and/or moving truck operation experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Phoenix and surrounding areas is preferred.
