Ticket Operations: Ticket Operations
The Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation is looking for and Assistant Athletic Director - 
Ticket Operations to perform the following duties: 
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of the Air Force Ticket Office 
  • Supervise Ticket Office staff, including mentoring, providing constructive feedback, and preparing annual performance reviews
  • Delivers exceptional customer service and creates/fosters an outstanding customer service environment
  • Ensures processing of tickets is timely, accurate and adhering to Air Force Ticket Office policies and procedures
  • Development and management of ticket office budget 
  • Maintains and optimizes AudienceView ticketing system and CRM database. Evaluates best practices and vendors for current and future implementation opportunities 
  • Manages on-sales, seat relocation processes, and digital ticketing 
  • Prepares financial reports on revenue, sales, and attendance. Supervises accounting, reporting and administrative functions 
  • Ensures compliance with NCAA, Mountain West, and Academy rules and regulations
  • Oversees game day management for all ticketed home events
  • Collaboration with Ticket Sales and Marketing staffs to maximize attendance and support promotional activities as well as Falcon Athletic Fund for customer service of donors and Air Force Sports Properties for sponsorship fulfillment
  • Bachelor’s degree in sport marketing, administration, management, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred
  • 5 years of related work experience in event ticketing 
  • Experience with multiple ticketing platforms 
  • Track record of success and exceeding personal goals
  • Team player that works cooperatively and collaboratively within a team and with other business units
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, writing, analytic, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays depending on work and game schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work as part of a team and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Understands and upholds standards befitting the USAFA and Air Force Athletics
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, and providing direction to others
  • Employment conditional upon successfully passing background check
Participation in the COVID-19 Vaccination Program is a requirement for all full-time employees of the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation (AFAAC).

SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $80,000 Per Year

The AFAAC is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that supports and manages all of the Air Force Academy's athletics fundraising programs while also providing assistance with coaching, recruiting, ticketing, logistics and sports conference objectives.
