The Golden State Warriors are seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the front line of our IT organization, managing all incoming incidents/requests and triaging to other groups as needed for the GSW and Chase Center Arena staff at our facility in San Francisco. In this role, you will work on a range of IT services, including device support (laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals), network connectivity, email, calendar, communication & collaboration application support, identity & access management and telephony.
Additionally, you must be proficient supporting Windows 10 and Mac OS X platforms in an enterprise environment, have a good understanding of network fundamentals, the aptitude to understand technology and apply best practice while maintaining currency with emerging technologies. You will continually collaborate with your peers, take accountability, be creative, efficient, and strive to achieve the best possible end user experience. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, IT Arena Support.
