Facility Operations/Event Staff: Conversion Crew

About this Position

The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center are looking for a proactive and dedicated Coordinator, Engineering. In this role, you will support all aspects of the repair and maintenance of Chase Center equipment, systems, and finishes. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the facility is maintained and presented in a first-class manner for each event. This position reports to the Manager, Engineering.

This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination will be required. All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance on the management of the company wide use of the Computerized Maintenance &Management System (CMMS), to include assisting in the warranty tracking and the scheduling of labor to close out work orders in a timely manner
  • Assist in monitoring outside contractor personnel to ensure that work is performed to job specifications and Chase Center standards
  • Assist Manager in managing the inventory and storage of attic stock interior finishes, furniture, and equipment
  • Assist in the coordination of outside vendors
  • Assist all internal departments, vendors, and clients as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive repairs and maintenance/facility operations experience
  • Minimum 1 years of people management experience, preferably in a union environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple projects at once

Physical Demands

  • Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
