The Partner Success & Experience Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Sr. Vice President as well as to the Vice Presidents of Partner Success & Experience by managing events, conducting research, preparing proposal materials and setting up pitch meetings, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

  • Type reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word relevant computer software.
  • Record, type and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Presentation/proposal generation working collaboratively with Account Managers, marketing, and other internal departments
  • Perform general office duties such as CRM input and Ticketmaster
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives, as well as assist in event/trip planning and execution

  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously


  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
  • This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
