Key Responsibility Areas: Other duties may be assigned.
  • Open/Close the box office as necessary.
  • Prepare seller start banks and assign windows on event nights, arriving prior to sellers to prepare.
  • Sell tickets to events via the Ticketmaster and Archtics ticketing systems.
  • Accurately distribute/file will call.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Answer incoming phone calls accurately and timely.
  • Serve as first point of ticket problem resolution for sellers and guests on event nights.
  • Count out sellers at the close of shift.
  • Complete nightly event deposits.
  • Get seller change from the safe as necessary.
  • Ensure reports and documents are done accurately and timely.
  • Set an example and serve as a leader to all ticket sellers.
  • Will have, and be responsible, for a set of keys to the box office.
  • Perform any additional duties as requested by manager/assistant manager

  • Two years’ experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Experience in a Box Office role is also preferred.
  • Computer skills including in-depth working knowledge Ticketmaster and Archtics ticketing systems 
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and priority.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Must have availability nights, weekends and holidays. 
  • Represented by Local B-66/IATSE
