Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s):
- Support the development and execution of all Stockton Kings corporate partnerships
- Develops, enhances, and maintains relationships with partner accounts
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters and often be the face of the company to many clients
- Establishes relationships with partners and prospects via telephone inquiries and enhances those relationships through appointments
- Responsible for meeting all individual performance and development goals within specified timeframes
- Follow through with the execution and tracking of all partnership assets
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders
- Plan and assist with team programs and special events
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales and activation goals
- Co-develop and track key account metrics against partnership goals (e.g. brand awareness, traffic drivers, opt-ins)
- Utilize cold calls, face-to-face appointments, and networking opportunities to generate revenue and build relationships
- Demonstrate poise, confidence, and the ability to deliver convincing sales presentations to corporations, groups, and individuals
- Assist in Ticket Sales and Service efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in the sports and entertainment and/or related industry
- Sales and services experience preferred

- Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to present sales material to large groups and customers
- Presents themselves in a professional manner, able to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and the ability to learn other computer programs
- Ability to work nights/weekends/flexible schedule required
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $47,000 + bonus and commission. The compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
