Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s):
  • Support the development and execution of all Stockton Kings corporate partnerships
  • Develops, enhances, and maintains relationships with season ticket account holders with an emphasis on membership benefits
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters and often be the face of the company to many clients
  • Establishes relationships with members and prospects via telephone inquiries and enhances those relationships through appointments
  • Responsible for meeting all individual performance and development goals within specified timeframes
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Plan and assist with team programs and special events
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales and activation goals
  • Co-develop and track key account metrics against partnership goals (e.g. brand awareness, traffic drivers, opt-ins)
  • Utilize cold calls, face-to-face appointments, and networking opportunities to generate revenue and build relationships
  • Demonstrate poise, confidence, and the ability to deliver convincing sales presentations to corporations, groups, and individuals

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1+ years of group sales experience in the sports and entertainment and/or related industry
  • Sales and services experience preferred

  • Dependability is key: consistently punctual, prepared for a fast-paced environment, and executing instructions.
  • Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to present sales material to large groups and customers
  • Presents themselves in a professional manner, able to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and the ability to learn other computer programs
  • Ability to work nights/weekends/flexible schedule required
