Overview:
The Business Development team members are responsible for driving a full menu of season ticket memberships and plans (full/half/partial), groups, lease products and rentals forthe Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Arizona Rattlers and Footprint Center concerts and events. These revenue driving activities are done via phone, face-to-face presentations, virtual presentations and networking events.


What You Will Do: 
  • Meet or exceed daily touchpoint (minimum 60) and appointment expectations
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
  • Prospect and qualify general consumer and business sales opportunities
  • Effectively execute sales campaigns and training set forth
  • Proficiently manage workday as determined by management
  • Sustain an organized account of all prospects and clients within our CRM system
  • Assist customer service efforts during renewal campaigns
  • Maintain and grow industry standard sales skill
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance 

What We Need from our Account Executive: 
  • Passion for sports, ticket sales and career growth
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player in quick and fast-paced environment
  • Superior customer service skills.  Team members will be required to interact with clients and prospects face-to-face
  • Ability to confidently present in meetings to groups of 10 or more people
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Archtics, Microsoft Dynamics CRM  

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 
  • Proven track record of 1-2 years of high-level sales success

  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, some holidays, and some overtime to meet business needs
  • Lift 50+ pounds and work sales tables during games. Standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Reliable transportation to attend out of office appointments preferred
