As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the facility repair and maintenance at all company buildings, properties, venues, and equipment. The Facility Maintenance Manager’s responsibilities include the repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, alarm, plumbing, pools, equipment, gym equipment, mechanical equipment, elevators, generators, parking lot surfaces, and landscaping. Additionally, the Property Manager oversees the maintenance of the properties and ensures they are adhere to all applicable regulations. We are seeking a team member with a positive upbeat attitude that can lead and connect with a diverse population!



What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop, institute and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program and schedule for all facility operations, structure and equipment
  • Coordinate and support internal production broadcast needs and power requirements
  • Responsible for managing all building controls by utilizing BAS and Energy Management systems and metering
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
  • Assist in the execution of capital projects
  • Supervise Assistant Property Managers
  • Contact & coordinate professionals and specialty vendors for repairs as needed
  • Coordinate subcontractors for compliance to acceptable standards of performance and verify completion of repairs & maintenance as needed in a timely manner
  • Liaison for local, state and federal building inspectors to comply with standard regulations and ordinances
  • Apply for and maintain licenses, permits or other required documentation to operate machinery in compliance with local, state and federal regulations as the need arises
  • Maintain a safe environment for all employees with proper lighting, signage and disability access
  • Ensuring occupants & tenants are provided with appropriate utilities
  • Interact and engage in a professional manner when resolving problems and requests from building tenants & employees
  • Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or wear
  • Repair and provide maintenance as the need arises to meet tenant contractual obligations
  • Repair and maintain non-leased tenant space to meet minimum code and lie safety requirements

What we’re looking for:
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management and maintenance, or in a related field
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and travel between various properties
  • A solid working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and work habits, building codes and safety regulations
  • Experience and familiarity with all Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • The candidate must also have the ability to effectively delegate tasks and oversee same as well as be able to read and understand blueprints
  • This position will also train and instruct various personnel in the proper operation of machinery and equipment
  • Must have valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and able to utilize personal transportation to visit properties
  • Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills
