EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
  • Individual needs to lift IPTV equipment
  • Individual might be standing for short periods of time troubleshooting requests like replacing broken IPTV equipment or holding corner of TV while cables get loosen behind TV (carry items operate laptop computer, Set Top Box/Endpoint 5, HDMI cable, remote control, batteries, pushcart around if needed)
  • Individual will use desk at multiple computers to task web base IPTV launcher applications for modifications and perform IPTV Activities recall
  • During building events, individual should listen to house radio channel calls for IPTV assistance, change TV channel solo or group change, troubleshoot, reboot Endpoint, close vendor stand, change signs/channels in clubs
  • Opportunities to climb stairs, ladder, ride escalator or elevator and walk with equipment when fixing Endpoints around three buildings
  • Individual will be trained in multiple IPTV Digital Signage areas and group changes to provide solutions around the building
  • Individual will be available to work concerts, basketball games and special IPTV events
  • Operator will need to walk around areas to confirm visually changes occurred, may take photo to share and document areas
  • Individual must be over 21 years of age while visiting Clubs/Bars with IPTV equipment

OTHER CAPABILITIES:
  • Basic operations of IPTV & RF Cable
  • Background experience with network devices on converged system
  • Ability to recall/update/save Activity timelines
  • Open and close Excel spread sheet listing beverage, food menus at multiple stands
  • Troubleshooting questions and problems as they arise during live events.
  • Knowledge of Vitec IPTV Systems technology a plus
  • Knowledge of Networking IT or Digital Signage Solutions is a plus
  • Proficient in use of computer and remote control
  • Able to operate Crestron panels in multiple clubs
  • Able to grasp the vision of existing system and grow with adding more EP5 locations
  • Provide IPTV fan experience that keeps them coming back for more

GENERAL:
  • Work late afternoon into evenings during events
  • Good interpersonal and language skills to communicate prior or during events
  • Listens to requests and allows for the fan experience to be outstanding

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • To perform this job efficiently, an individual should perform each duty satisfactorily. Having fun while showing fans an excellent time at the game! Crew positions require proof of vaccination and booster from the Covid-19 virus. 

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports, recaps, and correspondence with very high accuracy and attention to detail! Ability to successfully present information and respond to questions from Managers, Clients, Customers, and the general public. Offer and sell ideas to peers and executives. Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of employees and upper management.
