Pacers Sports & Entertainment uses a variety of Salesforce platforms including but not limited to Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Audience Studio. This position will be primarily focused on Service and Sales Cloud CRM functionality and implementations. This individual is expected to have baseline knowledge of Salesforce.com and Lightning Experience. This individual will participate in the development, analysis, design and user success of Service/Sales Cloud technical solutions to business challenges across multiple PSE departments including Sales & Marketing. This internship will be approximately 20 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Implementation of Service Cloud Console (Macros, Chat Bots, Work Queues)
- Troubleshooting and trainings on roll out features
- Lead imports and segmentations
- Subscriber Acquisition and updates
- Data cleansing and accuracy according to field priority
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Intern must be receiving college credit to be eligible.
Ability to document with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to communicate complex technical objectives. Must be very well organized and highly self-motivated.
Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations.
PROBLEM SOLVING REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able, through creative, logical and technical means, to see projects through to completion. Must always take initiative to learn new technology and find solutions for existing challenges.

This position requires the intern to have baseline knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Service/Sales Cloud.
