This role is responsible for creating templates and customizing Corporate Partnership client presentations used for new business proposals, recaps of season performance, showcasing specific inventory and other needs across all PSE teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist corporate Partnership Sales & Activation staff in development of customized “best in class” customer presentation materials. This will require advanced PowerPoint skills, photo shop and other current Windows software skills.
  • Become the process owner of any third party template proposal development system (i.e.Sportsdigita) that can assist department personnel in speeding up the quality and quantity of customer proposal information. 
  • Work with the Director of Corporate Partnership Operations to contact and retain current Pacers radio network affiliates at the highest possible number of gams to be broadcast, as well as recruit new affiliates on the highest possible reach stations in priority markets to join the network.
  • Responsible for all trafficking of tv broadcasts, radio broadcasts, and in-arena digital signage with the appropriate channels based upon what is currently sold, as well as producing affidavits of performance as requested by clients.
  • Consult with department personnel to create a better organization to photo and file drives used by department or any other operational efficiency software programs. Work with IT to create a smooth system conversion. 
  • Own the management of contact lists for external communication of sponsor communication or invitations within Salesforce.
  • Become the department contact for use of any electronic contract routing software (i.e. Convergepoint) 
  • Learn internal & external reporting procedures to back up Director of Corporate Partnership Operations.
  • Become involved with various suite & ticketing transactions and billings. Previous experience with Archtics ticketing system is a plus.
  • Foster strong communication skills and relationships primarily with Corporate Partnership staff in all positions, IT staff, Legal staff and Premium sales & service staff.  
  • Periodically assist department staff on game day duties as requested. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Employee should have a strong knowledge of Photoshop, Microsoft Windows, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and the Internet as well as the ability to a learn and utilize  new computer programs quickly and efficiently. Previous experience with Salesforce, KORE, and/or Archtics systems preferred. 
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, two plus years related project management, signage, ticket logistics, creative or related experience required and a valid driver’s license.
 
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret directions and technical diagrams.

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate and the noise level in the Fieldhouse / game environment is usually loud. The stress level may become high during certain times of the year.
