In the NBA, you have to adapt. NBA teams are playing faster, more efficient, and scoring more points. We see this trend as a positive. That’s why we are adding to our group sales department, which will give us a chance to be more efficient and score more points.

SCORING MORE POINTS

For us, scoring more points means enhancing experiences for our clients and bringing in more revenue. We see an opportunity to be more efficient with our time, and that’s where you come in. Our group sales department has done an excellent job bringing in new business over the years, which means we have a lot of clients. To pick the momentum backup, we are expanding our service team to give ourselves the opportunity to generate even more revenue for our organization and to give our fans the best experience possible.

THE BEAUTY OF THE ASSIST

In order to score more points, a team has to have people with a unique ability to set up the scorers and put them in a position to get easy buckets. More assists means more points. We’re looking to increase our assists to increase our points. We need point guards who can see the whole floor and get us into a good play where our sales reps can thrive.

THE GAME PLAN – What You’ll Be Doing

Plan and execute event details for any fan experience packages or meeting spaces on a Pacers gameday
Create marketing materials that helps our clients sell more tickets and bring in more revenue
Execute an 8 step touch plan with every client to ensure accurate information is up to date
Build and manage online order forms for group sales clients and promotional events
Create invoices, process payments, input ticket orders, and mail out tickets
Communicate professionally with all clients and handle any customer service situations

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Note: This is full-time position with compensation consisting of a salary plus potential for bonuses based on job performance. Hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
