Summary:
Seasonal position which oversees and manages the relationship and experience with current mini (10 game) season ticket holders.  Focus on customer loyalty, experience, retention and incremental business through management of mini season ticket holder relationships.  Responsible for renewal, upselling, cross-selling and referral generation.  Utilize excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills to maximize effectiveness with internal and external customers and prospects.  Create lasting memories and experiences for Pacers Season Ticket Holders and Bankers Life Fieldhouse guests by demonstrating an elevated level of service and experience at all times.  This position is considered entry level and seasonal; performance will be continually evaluated and at 6 months a formal review will take place where performance and opportunities will be discussed and evaluated.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.  Renew, service and maintain current mini (10 game) season accounts. You will be given a book of accounts (300+) to manage, renew, maintain and service.
2.  Participate in ongoing touch point plan with mini season accounts.
3.  Leverage current account base to secure referrals to sell additional ticket packages, group outings, and suites.
4.  Assist with execution of exclusive Pacers Season Ticket Holder events, benefits and perks.
5.  Assist with incoming calls on Pacers Season Ticket Holder Hotline.
6.  Ability to work a varied schedule that includes flexible scheduling to allow coverage of games and events which will require some evening, weekend and holiday work.   
7.  Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university.  Some experience in sales and or service preferred. Leadership and/or management experience in the academic or professional setting preferred as well.  
LANGUAGE & WRITING SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports.  Ability to write reports and correspondence in a correct, clear, concise and entertaining manner appropriate to the audience.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Supervisors, Clients, Customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Knowledge to apply mathematical operations to tasks such as analyzing costs, evaluating data and managing account financials.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret directions and technical diagrams.
PROBLEM SOLVING REQUIREMENTS:
Employee must make independent decisions and exercise independent judgment and discretion.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Employee should have a good working knowledge of and a high level of competency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Windows.  Experience with Archtics (or related ticketing system) and CRM platform is a plus.
