Responsibilities:

· To create and produce high quality, branded video content across all our social media platforms including Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and PacersGaming.com

· Develop content delivery strategies while maximizing sponsored content opportunities

· Lead all new project ideas and serve as lead producer and editor of ‘behind the scenes’ content series that can be delivered via social platforms and website

· Create and lead weekly content schedule to drive the Pacers Gaming narrative to our fans and viewers

· Organize and conduct all interviews, streamed content, and video series

· Create video graphics and input all video elements for Twitch, YouTube, and other social media platforms; Ensure design for all videos are optimized for social platforms.

· Create engaging short/long form motion graphic video assets and highly stylized graphics for web, social, email and app distribution.

· Create style guides for all video/photo content and be willing to design solutions on the fly.

· Create graphics templates, as well as customized designs for team usage.

· Understand studio production and post-production processes.

· Supervise Social Media Manager position to ensure seamless storytelling across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Formal training in digital video editing, video production, and post-production techniques

• Understanding of best practices and standards for optimizing internet video

• A high level of attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter and entrepreneurial minded

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with deadlines

COMPUTER SKILLS:

This position requires the employee to be proficient with HTML & CSS, Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and graphics creation, Adobe Premiere for video editing, Adobe Dreamweaver for HTML editing. It requires knowledge of the guidelines set by the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). It requires knowledge of social media sites, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, SnapChat, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch. Experience needed with web programming (CSS, PHP, JavaScript)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, and at least 3 years of content and/or video production experience.

Preferred Experience:

· Experience in the esports industry

· Experience shooting, editing, and producing video content

· Knowledge of the NBA2K video game franchise

· Strong understanding of all social media platforms
