Summary of Position Responsibility:
Provides administrative support to Interim CEO through handling of all incoming correspondence, telephonic or written, prepares all outgoing correspondence. Recording of all high level meetings as needed. Coordinates travel schedule and all appointments. Maintains files for all correspondence, meeting and contracts.
Minimum requirements include 7 years prior experience as administrative assistant to and executive level position. Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent business school preferred. Must have computer literacy in office productivity software packages. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, mentoring ability, and be capable of working in a fast paced and unique environment with minimum supervision and direction.
