General Description:

Maintain organization of all revenue producing departments, planning and executing a variety of projects and tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Responsible for planning on-site and game night hospitality events for potential and current customers, working directly with management of each respective department and arena operations to meet objectives of each event.
Assist in administrative tasks, usage reports and updating of SalesForce on a daily and weekly basis.
Responsible for assisting sales and service departments with reports and maintaining accounts in the Ticketing System (AXS).
Work with other departments in maintaining high levels of communication for cross departmental events and initiatives
Responsible for the overall organization of the office environment including storage space, common areas, ordering of office supplies, flyers, mailings, etc.
Interview, hire and manage Ticket Sales & Services Intern
Coordinate, track, and code budget spending and invoices.
Work with President of Business Operations and the Tickets & Suites Management Team on special projects and assignments as needed.
Plan and coordinate agenda for departmental meetings, recording minutes/notes to distribute as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent computer skills to include a high proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer scheduling programs.
Prior experience with ticketing system, a plus.
Prior experience in event planning or event management, a plus.
Must be able to multi-task with great attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication with pleasant phone etiquette.
Must be extremely flexible with the ability to handle fast paced environment with short deadlines.
Must be available to work extended hours and game nights.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

The employee is regularly required to move about the building, use handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, communicate with others.
The vision requirement includes the ability to review written and electronic materials in both digital and physical format.
The employee must be able to transfer and move items for departmental needs.
The employee must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed in light of the strong focus on external communications and relationships.
