Ticket Sales and Services: Client Relations/Customer Service
General Description:
The Ticket Service Executive works with the Manager of Ticket Services and Director of Ticket Services to ensure a positive and rewarding relationship is maintained with season ticket members throughout the season.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
  • Develop, enhance and renew season ticket account relationships through managing and exceeding the expectations of designated accounts and creating opportunities for value-added experience.
  • Develop relationships with accounts through creative means including but not limited to: networking events, speaking engagements, out of office meetings, dinners, lunches, in-game visits and other season ticket member events.
  • Participate in the creation, development and implementation of strategic programs, benefits and events for season ticket members, with the goal of maximizing their account revenue base through increased renewal rates, new revenue generation and exemplary customer survey results. 
  • Handle all service-related issues; maximize customer satisfaction, event and game attendance, and participation in season ticket member programs.
  • Coordinate and assist with all service initiatives as needed.
  • Assist management and department on various projects and presentations as needed.
  • Demonstrate our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a sales and/or customer service environment managing multiple accounts/customers. Experience in sports or related field preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must be proactive and able to identify and address issues that may arise with season ticket member relationships and effectively communicate solutions.
  • Bring a proactive, customer service mentality and superior level of productivity and responsiveness.
  • Communicate (both written & verbal) in a pleasant, concise and effective manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
  • The vision requirement includes close vision and ability to adjust focus.  
  • Nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Must have ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
