Summary of Position Responsibility:
Oversee the functions and activities related to recruiting and selection of employees, affirmative action plans and program development and administration, benefit program design and administration, policy development and administration, management training and development, compensation plan development and administration, performance appraisal, succession planning, environmental health and safety, recordkeeping, worker’s compensation issues and employment relations and counseling.
Minimum requirements include a BBA degree in the Human resources field. Ten years of work experience in Human Resources at department head level or above.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, mentoring ability, and be capable of working in a fast paced and unique environment.
