The Fan Experience Associate will focus on ensuring guests to Atlanta Dream games and events have a world class experience. The individual in this role will report to the Sr. Director of Fan Experience and be responsible for assisting with on-court game promotions and events, and supporting game day operations.
  • Assist with fan experience elements, including but not limited to, leading various experiential executions in arena on gameday and other special events, coordinating with various departments to plan and execute in-game fan experiences. 
  • Assist and execute in-market executions, assist with gameday arena preparation, all other elements related to in-game entertainment, broadcast or fan-facing activations. 
  • Create and manage credential list, parking list, and T.V. schedules 
  • Communicate schedules and timeframes for internal staff to arrive at games and events
  • Manage game day and event logistics, including but not limited to, purchasing supplies, transporting signage and all other game day equipment, and ordering giveaway items
  • Oversee and manage all signage and marketing assets on-site and in-arena 
  • Partner with Street Team to create a best-in-class experience for fans 
  • Work game and event days and provide support as needed on event days to our guests
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain internal relationships around executing programs
  • Must be available to work based on game schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in Sports Management or related field
  • 1+ years of experience with project management 
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be.
